Terms of Use (EULA)

By creating a DiamondForge account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use DiamondForge.
The service
DiamondForge ("the app") is an AI-powered baseball training tool. We provide video analysis, training plans, and a drill library. AI feedback is informational and is not a substitute for in-person coaching, medical advice, or supervised training.
Accounts
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account info and for keeping your password secure.
- If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must create the account and supervise its use.
- One person, one account. Don't share credentials.
Subscriptions
DiamondForge Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly ($7.99/month) or annually ($59.99/year). Pricing may vary by region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. (When DiamondForge launches on Android, Google Play will become a second option.)
- Your subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time. We do not process cancellations directly.
- Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- Upload videos containing other people without their consent.
- Upload abusive, hateful, sexual, illegal, or copyrighted content.
- Use the AI analysis API for anything other than analyzing your own baseball training.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or abuse the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You own the videos you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display them solely so we can deliver the app's features (analysis, plan generation, sharing with coaches you choose). We never sell your content or train models on it.
AI analysis disclaimer
AI feedback is generated automatically and may be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. Measured values (bat speed, exit velocity, joint rotations) are accurate to the limits of single-camera 2D/3D pose-tracking and are intended as a coaching aid, not a competitive benchmark. Don't rely on any number or coaching note for injury prevention, medical decisions, or scholarship advice. If you are recovering from injury or have any pain during training, talk to a qualified professional.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for legal reasons. If we terminate your account, we will refund any unused portion of an active subscription unless the termination is for cause.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The new effective date appears at the top. Material changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiamondForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.
